1. What makes TrueFit Training different from other personal trainers?

TrueFit isn’t just about workouts—it’s about creating sustainable results that fit your lifestyle. I offer a private, supportive space, customised programs, and efficient sessions designed for busy professionals who don’t have hours to spend in the gym.

2. Do I need to be fit to start training with you?

Absolutely not! Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone looking to level up, I’ll meet you where you’re at and build a program to suit your current fitness level and goals.

3. What’s included in the hybrid personal training package?

The hybrid option combines 1-on-1 sessions in my private home gym with a fully customised online training program for your solo sessions. You’ll also get regular check-ins for accountability and support.

4. How long are the training sessions?

Face-to-face sessions are typically 1 hour long, designed to maximise your time and deliver results. Online programs are tailored to your schedule, so you can choose how long you train.

5. Do you offer meal plans or nutrition advice?

While I don’t provide strict meal plans, I offer personalised nutrition guidance to help you fuel your body, support your goals, and build sustainable eating habits.

6. How do online training programs work?

I’ll create a tailored program based on your goals, fitness level, and equipment. You’ll get access to your workouts, video demonstrations, and weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and adjust the program as needed.
 

7. Is the home gym environment suitable for beginners?

100%! My home gym is a safe, judgment-free space that’s perfect for beginners who may feel intimidated by commercial gyms. It’s all about building your confidence and making you feel comfortable.

8. How many sessions per week should I train?

This depends on your goals, availability, and experience. Most clients start with 2-3 face-to-face sessions per week, and hybrid clients often add a couple of solo sessions using their customised online program.

9. What’s your cancellation policy?

I understand life happens! If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. This helps me keep my schedule running smoothly for all clients.
